The Global Talent visa (subclass 858) is an Australian visa category for individuals who possess unique and special talents and skills in science, research, academia, arts and culture, and digital technology. This visa is designed to attract highly skilled individuals who can make significant contributions to the Australian economy and society.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Have a nomination from an eligible organization or have been identified as a highly talented individual by a designated organization.
  • Be under 45 years of age.
  • Meet the English language requirements.
  • Meet the required standard of health and character.
  • Provide evidence of your qualifications, skills, and experience relevant to the nomination.
  • Meet the required points score on the Global Talent Points Test.
